How we handle the information you share when you enquire about an office or book a space.

1. What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email and message when you use the enquiry form.
- Bookings: your name and email, plus the item and dates you book. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
2. How we use it
To respond to enquiries, set up and manage your booking or lease, send receipts, and keep the space running. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Where it's stored
Enquiries and booking records are stored in our database (Supabase). Payments and receipts are handled by Stripe. Notification emails, where enabled, are sent via Resend. Each provider holds only what it needs to do its job.
4. Third parties
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions and receipts.
- Supabase — secure storage of enquiries and bookings.
- Resend — transactional email (enquiry notifications).
5. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by getting in touch. We keep records only as long as we need them for the purpose collected or as the law requires.
